Motodynamic (Results H1:23): Motodynamic announced a strong first half across the boad. Sales in H1:21 amounted to €76.8m up 32.9%; EBITDA reached €10.1m up 29.1% and profits before taxes amounted to €4m showing an increase of 23.5%. In more details:
§ Yamaha sales was up 16.9% at €39.8m while Porsche had an impressive first half of growth posting an increase of 58.9% at €20.8m.
§ Sixt increased 15.7% rental income €12.8m and car sales came in at €4.2m. During the first half of 2023, the Group’s long-term assets amounted to €63.7m (excluding the impact of IFRS 16) showing an increase of 17.2% due to investments in fleet of cars to rent (Sixt).
§ Net debt amounted to €35 million euros increased by 16 million compared to end 2022.
§ Management expressed optimism for second half yet expects lower rates compared to the equivalent of 2022.
